Only Humen

What can be said for a band that sustains a career of over twenty years, survives the inevitable personnel changes and comes up sounding sweeter than ever? (Again!) A band who can boast association with The Buffalo Music Hall of Fame-inducted in 1995 with bassist Only Frank inducted in 1991. Alumni OH drummer Rick "The Animal" McEvoy (nominated 2005-2006) wows audiences nightly with his enthusiasm and skills. New Guitarist Dustin Francis brings a youthful exuberance to the stage show, guitar blasting away and all three sing lead and wonderful harmony laden songs. This is a dynamo experience! The band plays a wide variety of venues on a regular basis which demands perfunctory music. The standards everyone loves to hear and dance to and a host of others complimenting the bands three part harmonies and “humenized” arrangements. This is an exciting time for the band; If you liked Only Humen before, you’ll love us even more!

Surf Kings

The Surf Kings are 3 guys who specialize in playing music from the 50’s and 60’s era. Wherever the Surf Kings play you can always count on a festive atmosphere. They have a large repertoire of material and they always encourage audience interaction. You can always count on a good time and lots of smiles when you come to hear the Surf Kings. The Surf Kings…a little band that’s a lot of fun!!

The Rumrunners

Direct from a small island in the Caribbean come the RUM RUNNERS. Three distinct musicians, all of whom descendants of world class musicians including, but not limited to, Bob Marley, Jimmy Buffett, Harry Bellafonte and so on.

Their adventure starts with Captain Mike Cherico, Valedictorian of Trinidad's award winning School of Percussion and Steel Drum Ensemble. On a warm and sunny day as Mike was charting a course through clear blue waters he was marooned on Idunno Island and stumbled upon Professor Christopher Doyle of the shipwrecked S.S. Seagull with his only salvaged possession, a bass guitar. Chris reins from the light side of Bacardi Island where he served his first mate and entertainment chairman under the watchful eye of Captain Morgan for several years.

As the two castaways roamed the Island they heard melodic sounds of a guitar coming from the jungle. They came upon a clearing and discovered a salty deck hand by the name of Michael Sierzchula (better known as Zeb) from another shipwreck, the Jamaican Rum. They learned that during Mike's childhood he played his guitar for Captain Crunch long before the thought of becoming a deck hand.

After years of hard work and determination they finally finished building a raft and set sail for the mainland. As they sang and performed throughout their journey islanders and people alike were entertained by their tropical rock sound, the special concoctions of rum drinks and their jovial antics. To this day they continue their tropical flare and can be seen and heard throughout the Chautauqua Lake Region.
